It is clear that you cannot be an impartial judge of issues related to the Walker administration. Your top aide promised that you would act as a "complement" to Governor Scott Walker and the Republican legislature because your ideology "closely mirrors" Walker's. Further, he said you won't be an "obstruction" to Walker and the Republican legislature.
You have also told conservative audiences that there is a "100% chance" that Walker's budget repair bill will come before the court. Given the legal questions of how Walker rammed his bill through the legislature, your prediction may be right.
Judges should be independent and impartial and not attempt to advance a political ideology.
We call on you to recuse yourself from any case that involves the Walker administration.
